  • Physiotherapy assessment

    A comprehensive physiotherapy assessment to identify and address customer injuries. Can be proactively used as pre-hab.

  • Ice-bath

    We have the highest quality ice bath available on the market, the Kinos by Finnish company Avantopool. Capable of sustaining temperatures of 4 degrees celcius it is perfect for cold water immersion therapy. Tried and tested with individuals up to 140kg it can help boost recovery in a number of ways, stimulate brown fatty adipose tissue or simply act as a tool for mental discipline. 1 of 5 stations for group sessions.

  • Infra-Red Sauna

    Our Sentiotec Venus can accommodate two individuals at the same time. Great for getting a relaxing sweat on to help blood flow and bring fresh nutrients to the muscles of the body. Can be used as 1 of 5 stations as part of group sessions.

  • Compression therapy

    We use the market leading Hyperice Normatec compression boots and hip attachments to refresh our users, reduce swelling and provide a massage experience that keep our customers coming back time and again. 1 of 5 stations available to groups and teams.

  • Match Day Cover

    Match day cover available for a range of sports from Rugby to Brazilian jiu jitsu.

  • Sports Massage

    Need some TLC or to work out a muscle knot then this is the service for you. For the bigger athletes we employ the use of Thereaguns Pro devices. 1 of 5 stations for group sessions.

  • 10 Point Mobility Checklist

    A mobility assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses across essential movements. Often best done as a duo or group to highlight any straws that may proverbially brake the camels back .

  • Team Recovery

    A combination of 5 different stations including physio or massage services, ice-bath, infra-red sauna, compressions boots for legs or hip and backballers for foam rolling. Perfect for post game day recovery or for heavy weeks of training.

  • Corporate Wellness

    Bespoke corporate wellness packages available. Ranging from hands on workshops to team building activities to educational presentations.

  • We first and foremost offer sport specific physiotherapy services ideally suited for remedying fresh musculoskeletal injuries picked up as a result of training or competition.

    As extras we utilise state of the art equipment to implement recovery regimes that can help our users perform at their best.

  • We only use equipment and devices from market leaders such as Hyperice, Theragun and Avantopool. Recovery for professional athletes is hugely important and we aim to replicate their experience as thoroughly as possible through the use of such equipment.

  • You can expect a detailed recovery programme as part of your physiotherapy service.

    For any additional need or personal training to correct gym movements we are luck yo have access to the GVRT gym one floor below our office.

  • We offer affordable team recovery sessions based on a series of stations just like a circuit fitness class.

    Aside from the recovery itself we find that these sessions offer great team bonding and can refresh a squads mental game during intense periods of activity.
